Frequently asked questions

Do users have to download an app from a store?

No. EYEXIS Mobile is a web app (PWA); it is added to the home screen from the install page and push notifications arrive via Web Push.

Can it connect securely from outside the corporate network?

Yes. The remote access tunnel provides an encrypted connection without opening ports; administrators switch it on and off with one button, and the local network is unaffected when it is off.
