EYEXIS Access
Cardholders, doors, visitors and mobile credentials — unified with video.
EYEXIS Access manages doors and readers on the same platform as video. Every access event sits next to its camera view, and the reason a door did not open is shown step by step in the access diagnostics screen.

Which controllers does the access control work with?
Drivers exist for Hikvision ISAPI, Dahua, Axis, Suprema BioStar 2 and ZKTeco controllers, with card synchronisation and door commands. OSDP and network readers can connect through a bridge.
Can we import staff from our HR system?
Yes. Cardholders are bulk-imported via CSV or the API; leavers are flagged and changes are written to the controllers automatically.
How do I find out why someone was denied?
The access diagnostics screen shows the decision step by step: is the card known and active, within its validity, is there a deny rule, does the schedule allow it. 'Has a rule but not at this time' and 'no rule at all' are shown separately.
Is opening doors with a phone secure?
The phone is registered as a mobile credential and the decision comes from the same access engine with the same rules and schedules; every passage is logged.
