Purposes

To respond to demo and information requests, provide licensing and support services, evaluate partner applications, secure the portal and fulfil legal obligations.

Legal basis

Performance of a contract, legitimate interest, legal obligation and, where required, consent.

Transfers

Your data is only shared with our hosting provider and, at your request, our authorised partner as needed for the service; it is never sold.

Retention

Data is kept for as long as the purpose requires and for statutory retention periods, then deleted or anonymised.
